○ Easter had originally been produced for the Studio Theatre’s recent winter tour - which also Harold Pinter’s included The Birthday Party. It was then revived - briefly - at Theatre in the Round at the Library Theatre during the summer season.
○ Easter was the only play presented for just a week during the summer 1959 season at Theatre in the Round at the Library Theatre.
○ This was Peter Watt's translation of Strindberg's play.
○ This is believed to be the first professional in-the-round production of Easter in the UK.
○ Easter was presented without an interval.
