Notes
The Guv'nor was not originally scheduled for the winter 1977 season, however when the production of Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf had to be cancelled due to health issues with the actress Petronella Ford, the second and third weeks of the production had to be replaced. For the second week, the actor Christopher Godwin - who had just returned to the company for rehearsals of A Man For All Seasons - agreed to revive his one man show The Guv'nor, which had been presented at the venue the previous year.
