Notes
○ This was a revival of the world premiere production which opened in January at the theatre. The company was unchanged with the exception of Heather Stoney taking over Annette Badland's role.
○ Joking Apart is set in a garden, complete with tennis court. For the original run in January 1978, it was deemed cheaper to lay real turf on stage for the unbroken run of the production rather than artificial grass. However, for its revival during the summer of 1978, artificial grass had to be utilised as it was playing in repertory with the summer's other productions.
