Why is this play significant?

A key work to be directed by the company's Associate Director Laurie Sansom, who would go on to become the Artistic Director of the National Theatre of Scotland and the Northern Broadsides. It would also mark the debut of Sarah Moyle at the theatre, who would feature in a number of Ayckbourn productions.
